My Coaching Approach
I provide practical wisdom with a modern-day twist. Clients have called me impactful and tactful.
Who is Malinda Grace?
I began my career in mental health over 20 years ago as a residential counselor in New Jersey. While there I developed a joy for working with children and families which led to me acquiring my Bachelors in Religion from Rutgers University and a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University.
I have worked with individuals, couples and groups and have received extensive training in de-escalation and crisis management skills as a teacher’s assistant, mentor, behavior assistant, and life skills coach. I like to focus on building rapport and teaching practical skills in hopes of “working myself out of a job” I have experience working with individuals who are neurodivergent, depressed, anxious, and those suffering from grief and loss.
I believes in a holistic approach to healing and coaching and focus on accessing your strengths to address your challenges. I operate under the principle that we grow through making decisions that align with our highest good.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time cooking for my family, creating art, and writing self-help material.

I was confused about what direction I should take in my relationship. Malinda Grace offered unconventional support with clarity and confidence. I feel better after our first consultation call.
